圆柱体腔振动稳定性研究

  • 为了降低环境振动对光学谐振腔稳定性的影响,设计了对振动不敏感的超稳腔,采用有限元数值模拟的方法,通过改变相关参量,对两U型片支撑和双横梁支撑两种圆柱体腔的支撑方式进行了数值模拟,得到了腔体的形变图。结果表明,通过改进腔的支撑方式和调整支撑位置,可以降低腔长对振动的敏感度,找到腔长变化最小且两腔镜平行的关键支撑位置。该结果可用于激光稳频和高精密激光光谱实验中。
