Propagation characteristics of anisotropic Gaussian-Schell model beams

  • Based on Hugens-Fresnel diffraction integral,the trans-formation formula that describes the propagation of anisotropic Gaus-sian-Schell model beams through optical systems has been derived.Further,the relation between their propagation characteristics in the free-space and the parameters of their sources is discussed.
