  • Neglecting the diffusion effect,the temperature dependence of the incoherently coupled bright-dark screening-photovoltaic pairs are in the photovoltaic-photorefractive crystals and applied delectric are discussed.For a stable incoherently coupled bright-dark screening-photovoltaic solition pairs are originally formed in a crystal at a given temperature,when the crystal temperature changes,it will evolve into another stable solition pairs.The spatial shape of a stable incoherently coupled bright-dark screening-photovoltaic solition pairs can be reshaped by adjusting the crystals temperature.
