  • In order to improve the blocking performance of OBS, FDL buffer queuing and scheduling on OBS with fixed length scheme is disscused and based on the intermediate shared FDL buffer architecture the longest queue priority schedule scheme is put forward.Smulation showes that the FDL buffer can be shared by all output ports with a better blocking performance and utilization.
