Simulation and experimental study of double-cladding Er-doped fiber lasers

  • Based on the numerical simulation of double-cladding Er-doped lasers,experimental study is performed.The output power of 670mW at 1.56μm is obtained when the launched pump power is 4.5W and the fiber is 2.5m long.
