Experimental research of an absorber for UV high power laser energy measurement

摘要: 研制了适合紫外波段高功率激光能量测量用的光吸收器。实验测定在0.19μm到0.35μm波长范围内响应平坦,在0.248μm波长,纳秒激光下承受5J/cm2而不破坏。Abstract: The purpose of the article is to intreduce an absorber used in measuring of UV high energy.The absorber has the features of the flat spectrum response from 0.19μm to 0.35μm,and the with standing pulse energy density up to 5J/cm2 at 0.248μm.
