Fabrication of refractive micro-lens array with enzyme-etching method

摘要: 提出一种利用蛋白酶溶液刻蚀重铬酸铵明胶制作微光学元件的新方法。这种方法具有制作工艺简单、无需昂贵设备等优点,用此方法实际制作了具有良好连续面形的微透镜阵列,并给出了测量结果。

Abstract: A new method has been developed to fabricate micro-lens by etching ammonium dichromate gelatin(ADG) with enzyme.The optimum technical parameters of the process are presented.This process is very simple and time saving.It also doesn't need expensive equipment.Based on this method,a continuous micro-lens array is made.Experimental results are evaluated.
