摘要: 提出一种新的无损检测技术,它利用光栅实现大错位。详细讨论了该技术的原理,并给出相应的实验结果表明这一技术的可行性。Abstract: With a grating as the shearing part,a nondestructive inspection technique is presented in the paper.Its principle is discussed in detail and the experimental results show that it is feasible.
