表面钝化技术对光学灾变的影响的研究

Research of influence of surface passivation on catastrophic optical damage

  • 摘要: 介绍了对半导体激光器的腔面进行钝化处理的方法,分别采用几种不同的试剂对腔面进行处理,得出不同的结果。实验表明,用P2S5/NH4OH和(NH4)2Sx共同处理的样品在较高功率时开始发生光学灾变。

     

    Abstract: Several methods of the passivation of semiconductor laser facets are introduced. Using the technology of facet passivation,the authors treated semiconductor laser facets with several materials. It is found that the samples treated by P2S5/NH4OH and (NH4)2Sx have catastrophic optical damage (COD) at high output power.
