基于LLE激光双电弧复合焊接过程稳定性研究

摘要: 为了得到稳定的激光双电弧复合焊接过程, 采用空间重构技术对不同焊丝间距下焊接过程特征电流最大李雅普诺夫指数(LLE)进行了数值计算, 通过理论分析和实验验证, 取得了不同焊丝间距焊接电流的LLE和标准偏差数据。结果表明, 激光位于两弧中心, LLE小于0.61、间距为3mm~9mm时, 热源耦合良好, 焊接过程稳定; 焊丝间距为7mm时最佳, 焊缝表面平整光滑且熔深最大; LLE可以作为焊接稳定性的判据, 且与电信号、电弧形态和熔滴过渡的观察结果吻合度较高。这一结果对保证焊接过程的稳定和安全是有帮助的。Abstract: In order to obtain a stable laser double arc hybrid welding process, the space reconstruction technique was used to calculate the largest Lyapunov exponent(LLE) of the characteristic current in the welding process with different wire spacing. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification experiments were carried out. LLE and its standard deviation data of the welding current with different wire spacing were obtained, When the laser was located in the center of two arcs, LLE was less than 0.61 and the distance was 3mm~9mm, the heat source coupling was good and the welding process was stable. When the welding wire spacing was 7mm, the weld surface was smooth and the penetration was the largest. LLE can be used as the criterion of welding stability, and it was in good agreement with the observation results of electric signal, arc shape and droplet transfer. This result was helpful to ensure the stability and safety of welding process.
