Abstract: The developing tendency of the electro-optical countering systems are pointed out,which can practise the countermeasure with the multi-administrative levels to feature gaining the initiative by striking first in place of the passive defence.The current developing trends of the integrative technique and some developing programs of the partial techniques which are in demand on the electro-optical countermeasure are also described.
