多道搭接激光熔覆层残余应力测试方法研究

Measurement of residual stress in multitrack laser-clad coating

  • 摘要: 为了克服多道搭接激光熔覆层的开裂问题,分析了熔覆层与基体材料之间的力学关系,建立了激光熔覆层残余应力测试方法,推导了残余应力的计算公式。利用该方法对多道搭接激光熔覆层的残余应力分布进行了实验测定。测试结果表明,熔覆层的表层残余应力为拉应力,在过渡区出现残余压应力。此方法有助于准确测定熔覆层的残余应力分布。

     

    Abstract: In order to study cracking problem in multitrack laser-clad coating,model and method to measure the residual stress distributed along depth of laser-clad coating are established.Residual stress in the upper layer of multitrack overlapping laser-clad WF218 Nickle-based coating presents as tensile stress,while in the transition zone between coating and substrate,the residual stress presents as compressive stress.Test results show that this technique is helpful to characterize the residual stress distribution in laser-clad coating.
