Abstract: The large-size narrow-band 1064nm filters with high performance are developed with Ta2O5/SiO2 oxide hard film material using some unique techniques in optical communication dense wavelength division multiplex(DWDM).The results of the film design,trial production and the performance are presented.All the results prove that the filters reach,even exceed the requirements of clients.Now the filters are fabricated in a batch production.
