激光功率和材料温度的涨落特性
Fluctuation characteristic of material temperature and laser power

摘要: 研究了铜在CO2激光辐照下达到热平衡时表面的温度涨落.发现铜在达到热平衡后,铜块表面温度出现涨落,涨落的最大幅度不随幅照时间而改变.同时,这一温度涨落也反映了国产HGL895型5kW横流连续CO2激光器功率稳定性的一些问题,对采用反馈电路稳定激光输出功率这一工艺有参考意义.Abstract: The temperature fluctuation of copper surface,which was in a the rmal equilibrium state under the irradia ted condition with a CW CO2 laser,was carefully measured.And the maximum range of the temperature fluctuation was no relation to laser irradiation time.So the temperature fluctuation of the copper su rface showed considerably the laser power stability of 5kW CW transverse flow CO2 laser.The result was useful to control the power stability of a CO2 laser.
